Unyx Agents ("we," "us," or "our") sells digital products — AI agent templates, automation workflows, and prompt packs — delivered electronically. We do not sell physical goods. You can reach us any time at support@unyxagents.com.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at checkout, including the email address we use to deliver your Products.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are one-time charges unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

Products are delivered electronically, typically within minutes of a successful payment, via the email address provided at checkout. Because delivery is immediate and digital, please review our Refund Policy before purchasing.

When you buy a Product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own business or personal purposes. You may configure and modify the Product for your own use. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the Product or its source files;
• Represent the Product as your own original work for resale; or
• Use the Product for any unlawful purpose or in violation of a third party's rights.

You agree to use our Products responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party services they connect to. You are solely responsible for how you deploy an agent or workflow, the content it generates under your direction, and any messages it sends on your behalf.

The site, our branding, and the underlying Products are owned by Unyx Agents and protected by intellectual-property laws. Your purchase grants a license to use a Product — it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Products are provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to make them useful and accurate, AI-assisted tools can produce imperfect output. We do not warrant that a Product will meet every requirement or operate without interruption. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unyx Agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of a Product. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Products will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.
